Kanav Agnihotri, author of “The Adventures of Super Shakaru,” captivated the attention of students of Grades IV and V on 12th July 2024 with a session on ocean pollution. Through humor and storytelling featuring the superhero shark, “Super Shakaru,” he enlightened students about the dangers of toxic waste and its impact on marine life. Students were actively engaged, even participating in role-playing Super Shakaru’s fight against plastic pollution. The session concluded with a message of appreciation from the Head of the School, Ms. Sonia Wadhwa, and token of appreciation from the author. This impactful visit left a lasting impression on our young Salwanians, inspiring them to become environmental protectors.
