Open Day Celebrates Creative Achievements: Summer Holiday Homework on Display

The Open Day cum PTM, on Saturday 27th July 2024, showcased the creativity and skill development of Montessori students through their summer holiday homework projects. These projects included clay necklaces, scenes with dried leaves, Father’s Day cards, birdhouses, explorations of facial emotions through art, family tree projects, mobile hangings made from recycled materials, tactile clay models, and CVC word learning kits. It was a celebration of the children’s creativity, skill development, and hard work. These projects provided a platform for creative expression and fostered essential skills across various domains.

The primary wing of SJS also hosted their distinguished work on projects and concepts on the same day. The event featured an impressive array of student projects, reflecting their academic diligence and creativity. Parents and educators were engaged thoroughly in meaningful dialogues, fostering a collaborative environment that champions the academic and personal growth of each student. It was a day of pride and honour for the parents and children to observe the work of their kids on display. Truly hard work and sincerity shine on the learning curve!
