On August 28, 2023, our school conducted a vital workshop on puberty, specifically for girls in Class V-A and V-B. This annual event aims to sensitize young minds, aged 10-14, about the natural changes in their bodies, with a strong focus on menstrual hygiene and care. The workshop fostered open dialogue, allowing girls to discuss their challenges, gain scientific insights into the menstrual cycle, and receive guidance from teachers, empowering them to embrace this crucial phase of growth confidently.
