Students of Class V visited “Amrit Udyan” on 12th September. It is spread over a vast expanse of 15 acres. It is the soul of the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Students were mesmerized to see the East lawn, Central lawn, Long garden, and Circular garden. They were also able to see the Herbal garden and Bonsai garden. Students were made aware of the medicinal properties of different types of herbs found in Amrit Udyan. Besides the gardens, they also saw various exhibits of the flora and fauna present in and around Rashtrapati Bhavan. They were excited to see musical fountains. It was a great learning opportunity for our students.
